I Help You Make Space for What’s Real and Take Aligned Action From There.

I’m deeply curious about people, what drives us, what shapes us, and what helps us come home to ourselves.

I’m someone who asks questions, follows patterns, and sees connections that aren’t always obvious. At the core, my work is about helping people develop a deeper sense of self-awareness and use that insight to make clear, confident decisions in their lives and work.

I help you reconnect with your inner compass so your next steps feel aligned, not forced. Some of my clients say I have a foot in both worlds. They might call these the spiritual and the material. I just see them as your inner and outer world, and I believe both matter equally.

The work we do together honors the internal process and the real-world outcomes you’re here to create.

  • I work with individuals navigating life transitions, creative pivots, leadership shifts, and everything in between. That might look like a one-on-one off-site, a career consult, or a season of deeper coaching to map out your next chapter.

  • I also partner with teams and organizations to design workshops, facilitate team retreats, coach executives, and support leadership development rooted in emotional intelligence, clarity, and connection.

Whether, I’m working with one person or an entire team, my goal is the same:

  • To help you make space for what’s real and take aligned action from there. If that’s what you’re looking for, I’d love to connect.

Because I believe business should benefit more than the bottom line:

  • I dedicate five percent of all earnings from corporate contracts to local nonprofits focused on continued learning and personal development.

  • For nonprofit clients, that support is built in. Five percent of my fee goes directly to fueling your mission.

Why I Do This Work:

I’m a career and executive coach, educator, workshop designer, facilitator, and an organizational behavior consultant. I wear each of these hats with intention, depending on what the moment calls for.

In another life, not so long ago:

I held various leadership roles in HR, business operations, and non-profit management. I’ve worked at companies like Tesla, Amazon, Square (Block), and Instacart.

I’ve seen these organizations grow and I’ve helped them evolve.

I’ve also been through a lot in my own career as both an employee and HR - rejections, layoffs, IPOs, global expansions, RTO…(see the map below)…

Throughout my career, I noticed how often people felt disempowered and how much of a gap there is between feeling fulfilled and feeling successful.

That’s why I do this work.

I help teams, companies, and individuals bridge that gap.

I’m a certified project and change management professional and I apply these technical frameworks to help people and organizations transform.

Here’s How I’ve Bridged The Gap in My Career, and I do the Same for My Clients.

My Work Lives in Two Spaces:

Each is distinct, both are rooted in the same thing:

Clarity, alignment, and real human connection.

One-on-one work with individuals
